Peace of Mind Guarantee

Rarely, something might just not quite fit in one's space as we may expect! A policy of 30 days grace on the return is available however this is only free at the time of installation and delivery. After installation, during the remaining 30 days period, or if you have had delivery from an external courier – then there is a courier charge of £75 for your item to be safely collected and returned.

Returns under our Peace of Mind Guarantee must be in unused condition, as it was originally delivered. If this is not the case, sadly on a partial refund may be possible or It may be refused.

Product Warranty

However unlikely, an item that may, for any reason, face an issue fully covered by the product warranty, will be replaced at the earliest possible convenience. There may be a wait, but if that’s the case the original item can continue to be used until we can replace it. Otherwise and item may/can be refunded.

Refunds

We process partial refunds immediately and full refunds the moment an item arrives back with us. The only delay to your refund is the 3 to 4 days it takes for the banks to put the money back onto your card. Fox Modern will never hold a refund back for any reason.

Should your debit/credit card have changed since the purchase, then please notify us so that we can find an alternative method in refunding you.

If in an unlikely situation a refund has not materialised, contact our service team immediately and they will check all the information and ensure everything is in process.
